Year 9 Challenge Camps

Year 9 Challenge Camps are fast approaching! With four weeks to go, it’s time to start making your final payments. Please read the following important information.

Payment

Each student who has paid the $200 deposit should now be in a camp event on Compass. Your event should look something like this:

The final due date for payment is Sunday 26 November (end of week 8). There will not be any late payments accepted after this date as we must finalise our student numbers. There will also not be any refunds if you suddenly decide to not go or get injured/sick in the lead up to your camp after this final date so please look after yourselves! Please include all necessary medical and dietary information as shown in the questions tab when providing consent and payment.

Camp Parent Information Evening

Monday 20th November at 6pm in Rees House. Camp leaders will be providing important information to parents and students for the various camps. Students and parents are expected to attend.

Kathmandu Gear Up Sale

Kathmandu are offering the Wantirna College Community the chance to grab a bargain on the entire Kathmandu range at a discounted price. This is a great chance to acquire any equipment you might need for camp this year, any future camps or outdoor activities. 

School Based Program

For those students not attending a challenge camp, there will be a school-based program offered at no cost during camp week. As per school policy, if your child is absent, please log it in Compass.
