TEAM 

Well we made it to the end of another fabulous year of working and learning together. Congratulations to all students, staff, families, and friends for your ongoing support to help the team cross the line and finish the 2024 school year. 

The last few weeks have been super busy, but super FUN! We said farewell to 7 amazing year six students at our graduation evening on Monday 9th December. It was an emotional night but a night of celebration as students shared their graduation slides and reflected back on their 7 years of primary education. 

Students and staff enjoyed their excursion to Jump and Climb. This was a special excursion because it was a whole school reward that students had been working towards all term. It was wonderful for students to be acknowledged for all of their efforts in showing our school values at school. Students could choose from 3 different rewards to work towards, but they chose to work as a TEAM to reach their big goal of Jump & Climb. Well done kiddos!!

Monday was touch and go, but we were thrilled to be able to go on our end of year excursion to Gumbuya World. The weather was perfect and we were grateful for the little cloud coverage we had. This is an excursion where families, staff, and students can come together for a fun day filled with laughs, swimming, and memories that will last forever. We work and learn together all year so it is only right that we end the year with having fun and laughing together. A big thank you to all of the staff and parents that were able to come along on this big day and help to make the day as special as it was. 

As we say good bye to 2024, we are excited to welcome the new 2025 school year and the new families, students, and staff that it brings. We have 4 new students joining the team, which also means 4 new families. We welcome them with open arms and are excited to have them join this fabulous team that we all know as Cowwarr PS.
