Reflection
A Revolution of the Heart
As we approach the final weeks of the Church's year, we are called to reflect on God's rule in our world. Many people expected Jesus to lead a revolution of power, but he showed us that the true revolution begins in our hearts. It is the call to treat others with dignity and love, even when it is challenging. It is the invitation to become the face of Christ for those around us.
As we prepare to enter the season of Advent, may we open ourselves to God’s grace, allowing our actions and words to be signs of Jesus among us. Let us carry this spirit of compassion and love into our community, becoming living examples of Christ’s presence.
Christ has no body but yours,
No hands, no feet on earth but yours,
Yours are the eyes with which He looks Compassion on this world,
Yours are the feet with which He walks to do good,
Yours are the hands, with which He blesses all the world.
Yours are the hands, yours are the feet,
Yours are the eyes, you are His body.
Christ has no body now but yours,
No hands, no feet on earth but yours,
Yours are the eyes with which He looks compassion on this world.
Christ has no body now on earth but yours.
Amen
