Morning and Dismissal Procedures
The school gates open at 8:10am as school begins promptly at 8:40am.
Supervision begins at 8.10 am.
On the odd occasion you are late for school, we ask parents to park and accompany their child(ren) into the office as parents are required to sign their child into school.
In Henson Street a place has been designated for car drop off and pick up. The 'Car Pick Up/Drop off area' is a “No Standing” zone. Drivers must remain in the car whilst children get in and out. School bags are to be placed in the car and not in the boot. Please ensure children put on their seatbelts. Car number signs need to be displayed on your windscreen to assist teachers with calling your child.
We ask parents to observe the road rules and be mindful of the neighbours when parking around the school.
Music will begin at 8.35am for students to move to their lines.
School finishes at 3:00pm. If parents are running late please contact the school office.
The school office is open from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Friday.
Afternoon Dismissal
As we strive to ensure the safety and well-being of our students during afternoon dismissal, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines:
Leave Immediately After Pick-Up: Once you have picked up your child, please promptly exit the school grounds. This helps to reduce congestion and ensures the safety of all students and staff.
No Play or Balls After School: To maintain a safe environment, students are not permitted to play or use balls on school grounds after dismissal. This policy helps prevent accidents and keeps the dismissal process smooth and orderly.
Use Designated Pick-Up Areas: Please use the designated pick-up areas and follow the instructions of the school staff to ensure a safe and efficient process.
Follow Traffic Rules: Adhere to all traffic rules and signs, and drive carefully in the school zone.

Morning Assembly
Morning assembly takes place each morning at 8.40 am. Parents wishing to stay for the assembly are ask to remain by the silver seats. Once assembly is finished, parents are required to exit the school grounds via the front gate.
The car park is for parish and school. Parents are requested to move out of the car park after assembly so parishioners are able to park for morning mass.
