Miss Marks' Message

Hello Families, 

My first six weeks at Teesdale Primary School feel like they have been on 'fast-forward' now that we are only two weeks away from the end of Term 2! I would like to thank the incredible team at Teesdale Primary School for their warm welcome, and many thanks to the parents who have taken the time to introduce themselves and have a chat at the gate. I have really enjoyed visiting classrooms to support students and celebrate their successes! I am hoping that before the end of the term that I can continue learning more student names!

Foundation Enrolment Information 2025

We recently held our Enrolment Information session for prospective families and despite the wintery weather, it was great to see new and familiar faces making the time to attend the session. Families were very keen to learn about our school, and attended with questions regarding the enrolment process, our learning programs and wellbeing supports. 

Attitudes to School Survey

Our Year 4, 5 and 6 students have recently participated in the Attitudes to School Survey. This was an opportunity for our students to provide us with some feedback. I am looking forward to digging deeper into the results and as part of our work in school improvement and student voice, I will be inviting students to share their thinking in connection with the data next term. 

Special Lunch

Special thanks to our Parent's Club who have worked with Sorelle Cafe for our special lunch next week. The lunch days have been identified for each of our Junior, Middle and Senior School students. Please see confirmed dates later in this newsletter. 

End of Term 2

Friday June 28 is our final day of term 2. To celebrate the end of term, we will have a final assembly to acknowledge our SWAG awards. Students will be dismissed early for the end of term, at 2:30pm. 

I hope all of our families have a wonderful break. Please keep warm and stay safe.
