Family... I live with my mum and dad, and have an older sister.

 

What is one of your hidden talents... I can do impressions of characters from different movies.

 

If you won the lottery and decided to give up teaching, what would you do instead... Travel the world.

 

What inspires you... People who open schools and look after children in third world countries.

 

Are there any embarrassing teaching moments you would like to share...I have only just started my teaching career, so I am sure there are many to come!

 

What sort of morning routine do you have to get jazzed up for class... Coffee absolutely! Hair and makeup to hide my first year teacher tiredness!

 

What current trends are baffling to you... Crocs! I cannot get around it!

 

If you could pass on any wisdom to your students, what would you share... Being kind and compassionate is far more important than how many letters and numbers you know!

 

Our college theme for this year is 'Through service we receive' how do you work to bring that to life in everyday classes... Encouraging my students to be a kind and helpful friend to one another, think of those in need and show mercy to other people.

 

Is there a quote or saying you live your life by... My mum has always taught me to "treat people the way you want to be treated."

What would students and parents be surprised to find about you... I come from an Italian family... yet I am vegetarian.

 

What football team do you barrack for... Geelong Cats.

What inspires you... Kindness, laughter, the sky and nature.

What sort of morning routine do you have to get jazzed up for class... Coffee, coffee, more coffee!

 

If you could pass on any wisdom to your students, what would you share... In life the most important thing I can do is smile or greet a stranger everyday, it makes me happier and hopefully them too! Think how much nicer the world would be if we all did that!
