Parents & Friends in Term 2
Welcome back to Term 2 to all in our lovely school community.
P&F AGM
We held our annual AGM last week and have warmly welcomed three new members to our P & F for 2024 – welcome Gemma De Penning, Hannah Crawford and Matt Ryan.
I am excited to be spending my final year at St Mary’s Primary School in the role of President again, with Mick DeMaria continuing in the role of Treasurer and Anita Gray in Communications. Laura Church has kindly agreed to step into the role of Vice President/Secretary for 2024. Other P&F committee members are Jess Church, Chelsea Anderson, Celeste Prygoda and Alena Ratcliffe.
Ann-Margaret Carroll continues to dedicate much time to our P&F as our staff representative and Amber Feehan and Naomi Egglestone provide an above and beyond level of administrative support.
New - Planned Events - Term 2
We have some exciting events planned for Term 2 with a school bakery lunch, our annual Pie Drive and our Mother’s Day stall. Please complete our volunteers form if you are able to assist with P&F fundraising events.

New - Mother's Day Stall
Our Mother’s day stall will be held on Wednesday May 8th betweeen 9.15am - 12.15pm. Students will attend in their classes and have an opportunity to purchase a small gift from a selection of items for their Mum, Step Mum, Nan, Granma, Aunt, Friend or someone special to them.
Students are asked to bring no more than $5. Gifts will range from $1 - $5
If you are able to assist with serving students between 9 and 12.30 please complete the volunteer form or send me an SMS on 0400922441 (time slots 9-11am, 11-12.30pm).
New - Easter Raffle
Congratulations to all our prize winners, we had some super excited students.
We raised approx $1600 from this event.
A very big thanks to Hannah Crawford and Jessica Church for assisting with wrapping Easter egg prizes and to all who donated to our raffle.
We were delighted with the donations we received as were our teachers and students.
Looking forward to a wonderful term with our P&F.
