Principal Update

St Francis, Nathalia is a child safe school.

We promote the safety, wellbeing and inclusion of all children.

This week I will be attending the Victorian Association Catholic Primary School Principals

[VACPSP] 2024 Leaders Conference, Think, Engage, Lead with Strength. I am looking forward to the many innovative keynote speakers and engaging discussions that will take place during the week.

This conference journey will inspire, inform and equip me to make a long-term, sustainable and measurable impact on our young people and school community. The conference is underpinned by our Australian faith story and reminds attendees that “we are custodians or keepers of these stories because we work in Catholic schools" (Askew 2021).  Tony Kent and the Leadership Team will keep things at St Francis running very smoothly in my absence.

CYBER SAFETY EVENING

A reminder to Grade 4/5/6 parents that St Francis will be hosting a Cyber Safety evening conducted by Nathalia Police.  This is an opportunity for parents and their children to here how to stay safe online and learning about how to create a safe environment for online activities at home.  The session begins at 5pm on Monday 18th March
