Harmony Day

On Thursday 21 March we will be celebrating Harmony Day. All students are encouraged to wear either cultural dress or orange to celebrate the diversity in our community.

We will be joining Ellenbrook Primary School on the oval for a Cultural Performance Celebration commencing at 8:40am. All families are invited to attend and watch.

Confirmation Workshops

Year 6 Students making their Confirmation will take part in Confirmation Workshops on Thursday 21 March at either 4:00pm or 6:00pm at Holy Cross College.

P&F Easter Raffle

WA Student Assistance Payment

An email was sent earlier this week in regards to the WA Student Assistance Payment which will be available to register from 15 April 2024. All parents will have access to their child/ren's WA Student Number via SEQTA and instructions have been communicated for all our Pre-Primary and Kindergarten students on how to set up their SEQTA account.

Kindy 2025 Enrolments

If your child is born between 1 July 2020 and 30 June 2021 they can start Kindy in 2025. We have commenced our placement interviews so please contact Admin on admin@sthelenas.wa.edu.au or 9297 7500 to receive an application pack.

Student Drop-Off & Pick-Up Arrangements

A reminder that teaching and learning time starts at 8:20am for students from Pre-Primary to Year 6 and classroom doors are open from 8:10am. We encourage students to arrive by 8:10am so they have time to be ready for the day to commence.

When using the Kiss and Ride for drop off in the mornings we ask that students are ready to exit their vehicles via the door closest to the curb with their school bags. Parents should remain in their vehicles at all time so that the flow of traffic is not interrupted.

Please remember that Kindy students finish at 2:30pm & Pre-Primary at 2:40pm and are to be collected from their classroom promptly by a person listed on their authorised list.

If students need to attend appointments during the school day they are to be signed out at the Admin office and collected from their classroom.
