Farewell to our beautiful Luna

We will miss you!

Dear Families,

After thoughtful consideration and planning, we would like to formally announce Luna’s retirement as Caulfield Junior College’s wellbeing dog and her transition to life beyond school.Luna is ready to spend more time at home resting, relaxing, and enjoying a well-earned retirement.Luna has had an incredible impact on the school community. 

Over the past 3+ years, she has shared thousands of meaningful interactions, bringing comfort, support, and countless smiles to students, staff and family members. Her presence has played a vital role in fostering a sense of calm and connection, and her impact will continue to be felt long after her time at school has finished.

At this stage, the school will not be continuing with the Dogs Connect program in 2026.

We would like to acknowledge and honour the contribution that Luna has made to our school. She will be missed dearly!
