This week's SEL focus

Over the next fortnight we will be focusing on Mind Master thinking to support our positive self talk.

  • I can't do this
  • I suck
  • Bob is better than me

  • I can do this
  • All I need to do is make a start
  • I can ask for help
  • I haven't mastered this ... yet
  • Everything new takes time
