YEAR 7 WELLBEING DAY

Year 7 Wellbeing Day – Wednesday 7th May
On Wednesday 7th May, our Year 7 students took part in a memorable Wellbeing Day filled with opportunities for connection, personal development, and fun.
Comfortably dressed in their PE uniforms for the day, students rotated through a variety of engaging activities, including a Lifechanger session that focused on wellbeing and personal growth. These sessions encouraged students to reflect on their values, build resilience, and develop a positive mindset.
Students participated in team building activities with the Proactivity team. The students thoroughly enjoyed the activities, which allowed them to work together, build confidence, and strengthen their connections with one another.
In Period 5, students gathered in the gym for a fast-paced and fun trivia session with some 'minute to win it' challenges, where classes competed in a friendly test of knowledge and teamwork.
The day ended with a relaxing picnic in the gym, with families were invited to join. It was wonderful to see so many parents and carers mingling with students, enjoying the atmosphere, and being part of the celebration. The sense of community was amazing, and it was the perfect way to wrap up the day.
Thank you to all students, staff, and families who contributed to making the Year 7 Wellbeing Day such a positive and successful event.
