Sport & Rec Rock Climbing 

Sport and rec students attending rock climbing on Monday. It was a great day out to step out of their comfort zones while exploring a new sport and rec industry!

Victorian institute of Sport

Last Monday the year 10 bodies in motion and year 10/11 sport and rec class went to the VIS (Victorian institute of sport) for a presentation on biomechanics and pathways into the industry of high performing athletes! After the students were rewarded with a swim in the wave pool, play on the inflatable and jump from the diving board at MSAC! It was a fantastic day, and all students should be so proud of themselves for being respectful and participating to the fullest!
