We have had a great start to Term 4 with everyone settled in and making amazing progress with their learning. Teachers will soon be busy completing assessement and writing end of year reports. This is a real time of celebration as we see how far the students have come in just a year.

Colour Run Tomorrow!
What an amazing response for our school community in fundraising with our Junior School Council. With over $9000 raised so far we are looking forward to a great afternoon tomorrow. If you are around at 2:30, head down to the oval and watch all the action, or grab a bottle of colour and help create the magic. The weather is looking cool, so please ensure your child packs a jumper and/or a change of clothes. Well done, Mullum PS!

Exciting news from the Parents' Association
On Monday 18 November, at 7:00pm, the Parents' Association is holding its Annual General Meeting after approval from the Minister to form the new committee. Membership to the Parents' Association is now open, to all parents of Mullum Primary School, you are invited to fill in a form from the links provided or call in at the office to collect one. There is plenty of new detail on the Parents' Association page in this fortnight's newsletter.
Calling All Parent Musicians
Any parent musicians or vocalists who would like to join the Staff/Parent Band for our annual Christmas Concert, please contact Mark Nunis mark.nunis@education.vic.gov.au.
The band will be playing a few Christmas Carols and will be holding a rehearsal on the day of the event before the concert starts – Tuesday 3 December at about 5pm. If you would like to be involved, please let Mark know and he will send out the music.
Smile Squad Six Month Fluoride Varnish Visit
The EACH Smile Squad team are heading back to our school to complete six-monthly fluoride varnish applications for those students who have provided consent. They are scheduled to come to Mullumon Thursday 21 and Friday 22 November. Fluoride varnish applications help make sure students have the best chance of preventing tooth decay, so we’re excited Smile Squad are coming back. Consent for this fluoride varnish application was provided when students’ initial consent forms were returned. However, if anyone has changed their mind and do not wish to receive a fluoride varnish application, please contact Smile Squad through the details below:
