No news this week - hopefully there may be a very rough draft of what the architects are thinking after  the meeting on Friday.

Swings: The swings chains have been shortened and both swings now have  flexible flat swing seats. The popularity of the swings has increased. Please advise if there are any concerns regarding the swings.

FACILTIES

Big Bin: The big bin has been moved to staff carpark. 

As we get towards the warmer months please ensure that you wrap any food scraps to minimise smells coming from the bin. It usually gets emptied on a Wednesday morning before school. If the bin is full, please do not leave any other rubbish beside the bin - come back after it is emptied.

Thinking ahead: Now is a good time to start cleaning out and tidying your cupboards one by one, while the weather is still temperate and you are not under pressure of vacating you room next week.  Please return any excess stationery so it can be re-allocated. Return any equipment you are unlikely to use before the end of the year.

Repairs to rooms: If there are any maintenance jobs than need fixing please put on maintenance log so everything is fixed before transition week.

Conservation of Energy: Please help the environment by turning off all lights, air conditioners, electrical equipment and closing blinds at the end of each day.
