From the Wellbeing Team!

As we move through another busy term, the Wellbeing Team wants to remind you that we’re here for you every step of the way. Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it's important to remember that your mental and emotional health is just as important as your academic success.

Feel free to drop by during lunch to meet us and learn more about how we can support you!

Tips for Supporting Wellbeing

  1. Set Realistic Goals: Instead of overloading yourself with too many tasks, break them into manageable steps and celebrate small wins along the way.
  2. Stay Active: Physical activity is a great way to boost your mood and energy levels. Whether it’s a quick walk, a sport you enjoy, or just stretching during study breaks—moving your body can help reduce stress.
  3. Sleep: It’s easy to underestimate the power of sleep, but getting enough rest is crucial for your mental and physical health. Aim for 8 hours a night to feel your best!
  4. Mind Your Thoughts: Negative self-talk can be a barrier to feeling good. Try replacing thoughts like “I can’t do this” with “I’m doing the best I can” or “I can learn from this experience.”

Team Sports 4 All

Team Sports 4 All supports families facing financial struggles by helping kids get involved in sports. The program makes it easier for children to play and stay active, no matter their family’s financial situation. Team Sports 4 All meet with the families, connect them with a club, pay their fees & uniform costs, and most importantly give them ongoing support.
