Greg Newbold, a dedicated instructional leader and teacher mentor, with over 20 years of educational leadership experience, has been regularly visiting Cobram AGS throughout the year to conduct classroom observations and support staff in refining their teaching practices. His consistent presence has fostered a culture of reflection and growth, encouraging educators to examine their methods and share insights in a collaborative environment.

Staff have found Greg’s visits incredibly valuable, appreciating his practical feedback and thoughtful guidance. His focus on improving teacher efficacy has helped strengthen instructional strategies, with a clear emphasis on enhancing student learning outcomes.

By working closely with teachers over time, Greg has built strong professional relationships that promote continuous improvement. His mentorship has inspired staff to embrace change, reflect deeply, and strive for excellence in every classroom.
