During the holidays we had three students representing the College at the NSW All Schools Athletics Championships, congratulations to Jack Ronzini, Christian Harada and Benjamin Proszenko for making it to this level. Special mention to Jack Ronzini who placed fourth in the Triple Jump where he set a PB and beat the SPC record by jumping 12.00m. Well done to all involved.

A Message from the Head of Football
Terence Michael is a member of a soccer academy in Sydney called The AAF - Australian Academy of Football - Under 16 Boys.
He was selected to participate in the Malaysia Borneo Football Cup, a high-quality International Youth Tournament held in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, East Malaysia, in an exotic location in Borneo. The Malaysia Borneo Football Cup is recognised as a Tier 3 Level-sanctioned tournament endorsed by the Football Association of Malaysia.
I thought I would share Terence’s great achievement, as he has been training and working very hard, both physically and mentally, for months leading up to this tournament. Along with all his hard work, Terence has also attended numerous early Sunday training sessions. He left Sydney for Malaysia on Friday, 3 October, and will return home on Wednesday, 15 October.
Overview:
The team played and won all three of their friendly games.
The tournament kicked off on 9 October with two games played, resulting in back-to-back wins, 1-0.
On 10 October, they played the quarter final with a whopping 8-0 win. Terence was a goal scorer in this match. They won all their group games to finish at the top of the ladder and did not concede a single goal throughout, even in the friendlies.
On the morning of 11 October, they played the semi-final, which they won 3-0. Then, a few hours later that day, they played the Grand Final and secured a 2-0 win, with Terence assisting in one of the goals scored. They were crowned the 2025 Borneo Cup U16 Champions.
