Uncle Joe Flick Visits KCC

Kildare was honoured to have Uncle Joe Flick visit and speak with some of our students about something he is deeply passionate about — “Bringing the Spirits Home.” Uncle Joe shared his experiences of travelling to France, where he visits the graves of Aboriginal soldiers who lost their lives fighting in the war. He spoke about the deep connections he forms with the soldiers and their families, and what it means to him to help bring their spirits home.
