Multiage –Celebrating Learning

Term 4 is off and racing and in Maths we continue to work on money through games and activities. The students are fortunate to have the opportunity to practise real life situations buying morning tea/lunch at the Croxton Café and a hot chocolate during our community access walks to CERES on Fridays.

Our Integrated topic “On the Move – Forces” continues to be the most popular lesson we are now looking at Aerodynamics/Air Resistance. There was great fun and great progress over the lesson in creating a streamlined jet which we raced in the multi-purpose room. Our next topics are Buoyancy and Magnetism.

We have begun out RRRR – Resilience, Rights and Respectful Relationships Program with the topic of Consent and the students created posters to display in the corridor for all the students upstairs to see.

Delicious treats continue to be created in the Food tech kitchen at Croxton and the Gamelan drumming is also a hit with the Friday group who will perform at the Croxton Assembly in a couple of weeks.
