Parrots with Ms Papesch

Parrots have had such a fabulous first year at school. 

So many fun adventures and exciting happenings throughout the year!

The Year 6 Buddies were there from the start of the year and they made sure that all of the Parrots had someone to play with, found their way around and were happy at school each day. Thank you Year 6 Buddies!!   

Kindergarten enjoyed a number of excursions this year.  The Science Centre was a fun and educational day out. KP students had a great day out to the Mt Keira Scout Camp for the Teddy Bear's Picnic. They enjoyed a visit to see what the Shellharbour City Library has to offer. Sitting in the chairs in the Councillors meeting room made us all feel very important.

Music with Mel has been a highlight for the Parrots each week. Mel makes Music Lessons so much fun!    

Other highlights have included Celebrating 100 Days in Kindergarten, Green and Gold day to celebrate the mighty Matildas, NAIDOC Day celebrations, Dressing Up for Book Week, Motiv8 Sports and most recently our Water Play Day.    

It has been such a busy year in K Parrots, full of lots of learning, fun and friendships, and I am so very proud of each and every K Parrot student.   

I would also like to acknowledge the WONDERFUL K Parrots Parents. Thank you for being so very supportive of 'everything' throughout this year.
