Parent Teacher Conferences - Webex reminder
Just a reminder that parent teacher conferences will be in person unless parents have requested a conversation over Webex. We will send parents a reminder about this before Friday and will also include a reminder that the time-slots will be STRICTLY 10 minutes in duration. Please ensure you have sent your Webex details in advance of the Parent Teacher Conferences to any parents who have requested them.

Recycle Bins on Senior Campus
We are currently investigating how senior campus staff can access the big recycle bin under the Year 6 stairwell (which is currently out of bounds). As soon as we have a cplan, it will be communicated. Thank you for your understanding.

Book Week: Week 5, T3
In Week 5, we will be celebrating Book Week! The 2025 theme is "Book an Adventure!"
To mark the occasion, we’ll be holding a dress-up day on Friday, August 22, along with a parade in Session 5 (more details to come). To see the short listed books and more, visit the official CBCA website.

Book Week Incursion - Save the date (F-6):
To kick off the celebrations, all year levels will be attending a special incursion on Thursday, August 14th (Week 4)—please note this is the week before Book Week.
Incursion: Treasure Hunt
Treasure Hunt is an action-packed, interactive musical adventure written by Craig Christie. It features a selection of the 2025 CBCA Shortlisted Books and takes students on a journey exploring sustainability, our connection to the environment, and the power of books to bring people together. This will be an interactive performance where students will be asked to get involved.
Session times:
- F–2: 12:50 PM
- Years 3–6: 2:30 PM(Duration: approximately 50 mins)
Pre-Incursion Dance Routine:
The performers have asked if students can learn a simple dance routine before the show. You can find it here: It could be a fun clip to watch during lunch eating time. A quick play-through should be enough—no stress if you don’t have time to go over it in detail.

ASSET STOCKTAKE THIS MONDAY 4 AUGUST
MAJ Services are coming to do an asset stocktake next morning Monday 4 August.
If you have assets in your rooms/offices that are locked up in cupboards/cabinets, can you please ensure these are left unlocked, or pass the key on to Vicki this Friday, so that they can complete their stocktake.
Note: this does not apply to Ipad trolleys, we will provide keys for these.
