Community Group

Firstly, THANK YOU to each and every single person that has helped this year. Wether it’s been for five minutes or 50 hours, we know how precious time is. At times it may seem insignificant, however each and every person that has helped cook a sausage, read a book, sell a book, donate a gift or bought a raffle ticket has made a contribution to the incredible success of community group this year.

As a group we met last Tuesday for the last meeting of the year. Some funds were allocated to new sandpit equipment ($500), and new Lego therapy kits ( $500).

In previous meetings, it was decided that community group funds be used towards a defibrillator, this has been ordered and is due to be delivered before the end of the year. Hopefully this will never be needed to be used, but it will be available if ever needed.

A sensory garden subcommittee is being formed with Donna Allen. If you have a keen interest in helping with the planning and design of the sensory garden, please email Donna: dallen@slshepparton.catholic.edu.au

Thank you to our shoppers Tammy, Renee and Kristen who organised and purchased teacher and LSO gifts this year.

As a community group we thank our amazing leadership team at school, dedicated teachers, LSOs and other support staff including office and yard maintenance. YOUR DEDICATION AND SUPPORT though the year doesn’t go unnoticed.

Thank you Michelle for organising the disco today, and to ALL who helped. We hope all the students had a fun last day.
