CANTEEN VOLUNTEERS WANTED for 2024

At Vermont Secondary College we are very proud to have our own college canteen, but this means that it is dependent on the voluntary help of parents. Without this help it would be impossible to operate the canteen and provide fresh, healthy food for our students. Profits from the canteen are returned directly to the school for the benefit of all students.

We would like to hear from parents (mums, dads, grandparents and carers) who can spare some of their time in 2024 to come and join us. We’re sure you will enjoy your time with us and find it a very rewarding way to contribute to your child’s school.

Duty times are: Recess from 11.00am until 11.40am, then Lunch from 12.50 pm until 1.50 pm.

Duties include window service and washing of dishes, but does not involve money handling.

PLEASE NOTE: A “Working With Children Check” is compulsory. The WWCC is free for all volunteers and will need to be completed before you join us. Application forms are available online.
