School for Student Leadership

School for Student Leadership is a Victorian Department of Education and Training (DET) initiative offering a unique residential education experience for year nine students. The curriculum focuses on personal development and team learning projects sourced from students' home regions. 

Kyabram P-12 has been given 8 places in Term 4 this year. The Alpine School Campus is located at Dinner Plain in the Victorian Alps. Our students came back with great personal growth, they thoroughly enjoyed their stay and made many lifelong friendships. 

On 24th of November, Mr. MacDonald and Mr. Tan attended the Community Learning Project Presentation at Alpine School Campus, students showcased their projects to all the visiting teachers. 

Our students will be making a mural on the wall to raise awareness for Breast Cancer as well as a BBQ to raise funds for the foundation. The mural and BBQ will take place in Term 1 next year.
