Dear families and community members,

Welcome to our final issue of Channels for 2023!  We are so very proud to have led the college with all our wonderful programs, offering programs specifically designed for our students, and providing opportunities that have seen our students grow in their learning and even stretching in several areas to achieve their absolute best. 

I would like to congratulate our students for their work and effort throughout the year.  

I hope everyone makes the most of 2024.  I wish everyone the very best in the future.

2023 has come to an end and what an exciting year it has been for Kyabram P-12 College

 with our building works completed. 2024 will see us in our new buildings. We have a fantastic College and I thank the staff, students, parents and the wider community for their ongoing support of our College. Personally I look forward to the Christmas break with a new grandchild and a daughter coming home after spending almost 12 months away. I wish everyone a Merry Christmas and a safe New Year. May you take this time to make memories with family and friends.

As we bid farewell to the end of this academic year, it's with mixed emotions that we say goodbye to some cherished members of our college community. Marina Walsh, our Acting College Principal, will be embarking on a new journey at Rochester Secondary College. Her impact over the past year has been immeasurable, and she will be dearly missed. We express our deepest gratitude for her leadership, connections, and the positive changes she has implemented.

As we close this chapter, I want to express my gratitude for the support and dedication of our entire Kyabram P-12 College community. May the holiday season bring joy, peace, and restful moments to each and every one of you.
