Registrations

Please be aware that our online registrations will begin next week. This online form will be included in next week's newsletter, as well as an email sent to all 2023 rowers. Those who have not rowed before or would like to be a coxswain and represent the College are encouraged to also register.

Movie Fundraiser

Some of our amazing rowing parents have organised a Rowing Club movie fundraiser, featuring the film adaptation of ‘The Boys in the Boat’, a true story that has inspired generations of rowers. Based on the bestselling novel written by Daniel James Brown, the film is about the 1936 University of Washington rowing team that competed at the Summer Olympics in Berlin. This inspirational true story follows a group of underdogs at the height of the Great Depression as they are thrust into the spotlight and take on elite rivals from around the world.

The event is a great opportunity to come together as JTC rowing community as well as fundraise for equipment required by the JTC rowing program into the future.

  • Date: Thursday 8 February 2024, 6:30pm to 8:45pm.
  • Venue: Luna Palace Cinemas, Leederville
