PFA Update

Coordinators needed for the Secondhand Uniform Shop (SHUS)

The PFA is in need of a person or a group of people to help coordinate Kilvington’s Secondhand Uniform Shop (SHUS). 

 

The SHUS Coordinator role is a perfect fit for working parents, as time can be dedicated to the position in a way that suits you. There have also been a few recent changes to the way the shop will operate moving forward that have streamlined procedures.   

 

The SHUS is an important service that the PFA offers our school community, and also contributes towards our sustainability aims.

The next opening of the SHUS will be on Saturday 24 August from 9.000 to 11.00am in Dalton Hall. If you'd like to sign up to help out at the SHUS, you can do so here.

Planning has started for the 2025 Kilvington Fair 

Thanks to everyone who attended the 2025 Fair Kick-Off meeting last week and to those who've volunteered as stall coordinators. Your participation and support are greatly appreciated. There are more opportunities to get involved, so please take a look at the list of stalls here.

Father’s Day Stall - Friday 23 August 

All students from ELC to Year 12 will have the opportunity to visit the Father’s Day Stall next Friday 23 August in the Multipurpose Room, Sport Centre.

 

Students in the ELC three-year-old classes can visit the Stall with their parents between 8.35 to 9.00am.

 

Students in the ELC four-year-old classes and in Junior School can visit the Stall throughout the morning with their teachers.

 

Senior School students can visit the Stall during recess. 

 

There will be a fantastic selection of gifts available to purchase, ranging from $1.00 to $8.00. Both cash and card will be accepted. 

 

We need volunteers to make this a successful service for our students, so please sign up here.

Book now for Father’s Day Breakfast - Friday 30 August 

Tickets are now on sale for the annual Father’s Day Breakfast that will be held on Friday 30 August from 7.30 to 8.30am in Dalton Hall.

 

Come along with your loved ones and enjoy a delicious breakfast, live music, craft activities and the opportunity to win one of the many lucky door prizes.

 

Tickets are $30.00 for adults and Senior School students and $20.00 for Junior School & ELC students.
