Connor's Run - Volunteers needed

Jacqui Goldenberg, Community Service Program Director

We're excited to have a team of over 100 participants signed up for Connor's Run on 15 September, including all our Year 10 students! We'll also be running one of the water stations on the day.

Connor's Run is Australia's largest event dedicated to paediatric brain cancer, raising funds for the Robert Connor Dawes Foundation (RCDF).

To make this event truly special, we need more volunteers. In particular, the RCDF is looking for hug bears, lolly lovers and hopscotch bunny volunteers— roles that students and parents love to take on. We also have course marshall positions that would appeal to our entire community.

If you’re not planning to run or walk but still want to be involved and support a great cause, we’d love to have you join us! Each volunteer position requires at least two people, so it’s easy to team up with a friend and cheer on our incredible runners and walkers. Please note that 'hopscotch bunny' volunteers can be younger than 15 years if they are supervised.

For a complete list of volunteer roles, position details, and sign-up links, please visit the RCDF volunteer page. There’s also a short video that captures the spirit of the event.

Thank you for your support in making Connor's Run a fantastic experience for everyone!
