Christmas Toy Fund

On Monday the 11th of December, we will have a Christmas Toy Fund assembly that all families are invited to attend.  Children may dress up to suit the Christmas theme, however that is completely optional.

The theme will also be around the joy of giving to others less fortunate than ourselves. Christmas time can be extremely challenging for many families who are faced with financial struggles, poverty or homelessness. Donating a new toy will bring some joy to another child's Christmas. 

For our Toy Fund, we are requesting toy donations for primary aged students, or younger.  All toys will be donated to The Salvation Army.  When students bring their donated toy to school, it will be placed under our Christmas tree near the school's entrance until December 11th.  Can we please ask for the toys to be new and in original packaging.

The Salvation Army asks that we please don’t wrap the toys as it means that children will be able to select the toys themselves.
