Acting Principal’s Message

Dear Parents and Carers,

Welcome to Week 9, Term 4! It is hard to believe that this is the last two weeks of school for the year for 2023. This is a very special time for our Year 6 students as they prepare for their transition into High School. It has certainly been an amazing journey for them all. Last night we celebrated their special journey with a Year 6 Farewell Dinner at the Boggabri RSL club. Congratulations to all Year 6 students who looked extremely grown up and we are very proud of the mature young adults they are becoming. We wish you the very best for a wonderful future. Many thanks to the staff who organised this event, as many hours of preparation went into making this evening the success it was.

Sacred Heart Presentation Day

This Wednesday, 6th December,  we will host our Annual Sacred Heart Presentation Day. All students must wear their formal summer uniform (not sports). The presentation will be held in  the church at 11:30 am. Parents, family and friends are all invited to attend. This will be followed by a light lunch under the school COLA area. We ask that families bring a plate of food to share on the day. Children are required to bring their own packed lunch. 

Carols In The Park

On Saturday,  9th December, Carols will be held at Vickery Park, Boggabri at 5:30pm (Carols will begin at 7pm). Sacred Heart has been invited to sing 2 carols on the night so we invite our children and families to attend.  The children are welcome to wear Christmas colours to get into the spirit of the night.
