Years 9 & 10 Update

Year 10 News:

Year 10 students have just finished their exams and have had two days of orientation where they have been given an overview of their subjects for next year and some holiday homework.

The students’ attendance and focus in the exams was almost without exception excellent, and they can be very proud of the way they have completed the school year.

A special thanks and congratulations can also be extended to our amazing Year 10 team leaders, teachers and support staff. We also wish all of the Year 10 students’ the very best for a restful break and hope they have a great year next year.

Year 9 News:

It has been a jam-packed semester for our Year 9 students and their teachers. From excursions to the Science Academy, the Holocaust Museum and an incursion from an expert on Indigenous Survival Strategies to activities around Respectful Relationships, the students have had a range of activities that have enhanced their learning. This of course, was organised around the core curriculum for Mathematics, Science, English and Humanities.

More recently, our students have also been revising for their end of year exams and a special thank you and congratulations is to be extended to our amazing Year 9 team leaders, teachers and staff.

We wish Year 9 students the very best for their exams and encourage them to continue to take pride in their outcomes by completing each task to the best of their ability.

We encourage students to keep making positive choices and to have an enjoyable and positive end to the school year.

Current Year 9 Team: Tim Davey, Tom Arnold, Eloise Alison and Nathan Thomas
