Post School Information 

On our school website we have added information checklist that may be of use to families to help understand their entitlements and what needs to be organised as their child transitions to adulthood. We have added checklists for students turning 14 and 18. These checklists are full of valuable information to help guide and inform families on services such as Centrelink, Medicare, NDIS and more. The information will help keep families up to date and know what to expect so they are prepared as their child moves towards adulthood and post school life. 

We have also added an interactive post school services map. This map is designed as a valuable resource for parents seeking post school options for their children. The map has been colour coordinated so parents can narrow down suitable options for their child. Within parents can explore various opportunities such as day centres and individualised programs, further learning, and supported work. Note these are just some of the options out there. 

We hope these resources are valuable to our school community and hope to ensure students have the support and opportunities they need for a successful transition into adulthood and post school life.
