Bernie’s garden update

We were fortunate to receive a huge mulch delivery last week, courtesy of Oscar's dad Matthew (thanks Matt!). On Sunday, our enthusiastic garden group got to work spreading the mulch between the garden beds to try and contain the weeds. A couple of hours work made a huge difference. Thanks to those who were able to spare some time on Sunday morning. 

In term 2, the garden group plans to open the garden each Friday afternoon from the end of school until approximately 4.15pm. This will be a chance for families to come and have a look at the garden and to lend a hand when they can.  Everyone is welcome.  Ideas, donations and a spare set of hands are always welcome!
