Dear Parents and Caregivers,

Welcome to Week 3 of Term 1 at Marion Primary School. What a busy start to the term! We would just like to take this opportunity to thank our students, staff and the Marion community for embracing the R-4 class changes and supporting our whole school vision to ensure our school continues to grow and thrive. All students have settled into their new classes with enthusiasm and eagerness to learn.

As we progress through the term, I encourage everyone to stay informed about school events and updates through our newsletters, emails and website. Your involvement and support are crucial to our success, and we appreciate your ongoing engagement.

Highlights and upcoming events:

We have moved into our new classes for 2025. Our students have also been engaging in a variety of getting to know you and wellbeing activities across all year levels. 

• Pupil Free Day Monday the 17th of February 2025 (Week 4).
• Aquaintance Night / AGM is being held on Tuesday 18th February 2025 (Week 4). Parents will be able to meet their child's classroom teacher/s and receive important information about class routines and structures. 
• Welcome BBQ Tuesday 18th February 2025 from 5pm (Week 4).
