SAKG- Year 2/3's

This term, gardening sessions for SAKG are taking place during STEM classes.
In the kitchen, we've been revisiting key skills in cooking, cleaning, folding washing and safety, focusing on the proper use of sharp knives and cooktops. So far, we’ve prepared and cooked a variety of dishes, including Warrigal Greens crackers, flatbread, beetroot dip, cacik (cucumber dip), potato and rosemary pizza, zucchini and parmesan pizza, Warrigal Greens gnocchi, and a Salad of the Imagination.
