Interschool Sport tryouts underway for term 1 2026

This week our Year 5/6 students have been taking part in the tryouts for next year’s Interschool Sport program. Last week, students submitted their sport preferences, which helped guide them into the appropriate tryouts for basketball, bat tennis and softball. It has been great to see everyone giving their best, showing effort, teamwork and enthusiasm.

A number of teachers have been supervising the sessions and supporting students through the different skill activities. Teams will be finalised by the end of next week so we can begin preparing for Term 1. Once the teams are set, we won’t be able to make adjustments, so we appreciate everyone’s understanding.

In 2026, students will take part in five rounds of Interschool Sport during Term 1, with games scheduled on Fridays. More details about fixtures, venues and times will be shared in the coming weeks.
