End of Year Awards Celebration – Stars Foundation

The Stars Foundation at Inverell High School proudly celebrated the end of the school year with a special evening recognising the achievements, growth and resilience of our Stars students. Families, staff, distinguished guests and community members joined us to acknowledge the progress and successes of our young women.

The celebration highlighted outstanding student achievements and honoured our Year 12 graduates as they completed both their final year of schooling and their Stars journey. Awards reflected the core Stars values of Respect, Commitment, Honesty and Pride, which guide students in their learning, leadership and personal development.

It was a warm and meaningful evening that showcased the strength of our community and the support that surrounds our girls. Thank you to everyone who contributed and joined us for a memorable conclusion to the year.

Year 7 End of Year Camp

A group of our Year 7  students enjoyed their end of year camp at Copeton Dam with Stars Foundation.

Over the three days, the girls developed valuable camping skills, worked together in team challenges, and supported one another throughout the experience. They also took part in swimming, bush walks, a BBQ dinner, s’mores by the campfire, a friendly dance-off, stargazing and plenty of late-night yarns.

The camp was a wonderful opportunity for students to build resilience, independence and positive relationships with both peers and Stars Mentors. A memorable time for all involved.
