TIMES/CHECKLIST 2026

Office Hours – Prior to Student Arrival

  • Tuesday, 27 January & Wednesday, 28 January – Office Open
  • Thursday, 29 January & Friday, 30 January – Office Open from 12:30pm

     

Sunday, 1 February 2026 – New Boarding Student Arrival

  • All new Year 10, 11 and 12 boarding students are required to arrive at the College Gymnasium between 12:30pm – 2:30pm.

 

Sunday, 1 February 2026 – Returning Boarding Student Arrival

  • All Year 11 and 12 boarding students are required to arrive at the College Gymnasium between 2:30pm – 4.00pm.

     

Monday, 2 February 2026 

  • All Day students are required to arrive at the College Dining Room at 7.30am ready for a short induction.

 

Uniforms

Please ensure you have the correct uniform to commence your first day.

  • Year 10 and 12 – Class uniform
  • Year 11 – Farm/Trades uniform 

     

2026 New Student Checklist

  • Order your uniform from Work Clobber in person or via website.
  • Organise and order BYOD (Bring Your Own Device).
  • Complete the Booklist/Stationery order.
  • Complete the 3rd Party Permissions form via the link, which is due by Sunday, 30th November.
  • Register with School Bus Services if your child is travelling on the school bus.
  • Label ALL items with your given laundry number.

  • REACH login details will be emailed at the beginning of next year.  Please keep an eye out and check your junk mail box.
  • Parents, please activate Compass with the login details you would have received via email.  If you have not received your login, please contact the office. 
  • You received a copy of the College Handbook at Transition. Please read the College Handbook with your child and sign the forms booklet.  The Signed Forms Booklet must be returned at the beginning of school next year. 
  • Boarding students and parents, please read and sign the Boarding Agreement and return it via email or hand it in with your Signed Forms Booklet on the first day. 

 

Current Students

  • You should have received your College Handbook and Signed Forms Booklet.   Please read and sign the forms booklet with your child.  The signed forms booklet must be returned at the beginning of school next year. 
  • Statements will be emailed home in December to all families who have a credit balance in their account.  This amount will be carried forward to 2026.
  • Complete the Booklist/Stationery order.
  • Complete the 3rd Party Permissions form via the link. If you haven't already, please complete it as soon as possible. 
  • Boarding students and parents, please read and sign the Boarding Agreement and return it via email or hand it in with your Signed Forms Booklet on the first day. 

     

Reminder: What to Bring

General Clothing

  • Neat and tidy casual clothes
  • Sneakers with non-marking soles (for use in the gym)
  • General footwear
  • Bathers
  • Underwear
  • Shoe polish
  • Toiletry items
  • Dorm Room Essentials:
  • 2 towels
  • 2 sets of king single sheets (compulsory)
  • 2 pillowcases (compulsory)
  • 1 rug/doona or 2 blankets (compulsory)
  • 1 pillow
  • 1 laundry pen (Essential for labelling new clothing and refreshing worn markings)
  • 2 washing bags (Helpful for keeping socks and underwear together during laundering)
  • Coat hangers
  • King single mattress protector (compulsory)

     

Course Charges

  • All Individual Contributions and Charges have been emailed home. This is a personalised statement of your account detailing the total amount owed for 2026.  
  • This statement also confirms your child's course selection, which is detailed in the Subject/Other Items section. 
  • The first instalment is due by 1st February 2026. It includes all compulsory charges, optional costs, approved voluntary requests, and the first boarding fee instalment (for boarding students) or the Semester 1 day student charges (for day students).
