Athletics Day

Last Wednesday, we held our annual Athletics Day, and what a fantastic day it was! Despite the rain threatening for much of the day, our students showed magnificent effort, enthusiasm and determination across all the events. Thankfully, the sun came out towards the end of the day, allowing us to finish on a high.

A huge thank you to our Friends of Sport group for all their organisation and hard work in making the day possible. We would also like to thank our wonderful parent volunteers, who helped run events and generously contributed cakes for the day, as well as all the teachers who supported throughout the event.

Most importantly, congratulations to all our students for their fantastic effort, sportsmanship and encouragement of one another. It was wonderful to see everyone having a go and representing Carlton North with such pride.

Tomorrow, we take the next step with 50 students representing CNPS at the District Athletics Carnival at the Collingwood Athletics Track. We wish all our competitors the very best and look forward to seeing them take on the challenge!
