Three River Cultural Services Visited Kindergarten

Kindergarten had the pleasure of Three River Cultural Services visiting us last week. 

The students learnt about Aboriginal culture, language and dancing. It was a wonderful experience for all. 

Reading for Enjoyment 

Kindergarten Maroon enjoyed some special reading time with their Year 6 Buddy. 

Kindergarten students have been learning to ‘Think, Pair and Share’ during lessons and to listen to our talking partner. Students created their own sentences using monsters they made in the previous lesson. Look at the wonderful oral language and communication skills students are displaying.

Kindergarten Yellow enjoyed spending time with their Year 6 Buddy to use the “Bee-Bots” and the “Ipads”. Students created their own directions for the “Bee-Bots” and their buddy helped them navigate the “Ipads”.
