Olympic Trivia Night 2024
Olympic Trivia Night 2024
Last Saturday, Fairfield Primary transformed into an Olympic spectacle for the much-anticipated Trivia Night. Over 250 parents packed the Thornbury Theatre, decked out in an incredible array of Olympic-themed costumes. From Jamaican Bobsledders to Synchronised Swimmers, and even an entire table of enthusiastic Shuttlecocks, the creativity was off the charts this year!
The night kicked off with Principal Paul Wallace ceremoniously lighting our very own Olympic torch, setting the tone for an evening of fierce (seriously fierce) competition and festive spirit. Double Denim took to the stage for their farewell gig, wowing the crowd before passing the torch to our new resident band, Northside Hustle. Both groups brought the house down with an epic playlist of classics and modern hits, followed by a DJ spinning house tunes until midnight.
The evening was filled with laugh out loud moments, killer music and intense trivia, hosted by the human torch MC, Michael Nunan.
A massive congratulations goes out to all the winners on the night!
Gold stars (nay gold medals!) for all of our partners, and to all our incredible volunteers who made the night possible; Michael Pascoe, Michael Nunan, Todd Rogerson, Dave McNab, Paul Agius, Maree Porra, Chelsea Rogerson and Belinda Robinson.
Bring on 2025!
