Year 10 UQ Excursion

Last week, our Year 10 cohort embarked on an enriching journey to the University of Queensland (UQ) for an immersive exploration into various courses, pathways, and future possibilities. This excursion offered them the opportunity to delve into the myriad of career trajectories available to them. During their time at UQ, students engaged in interactive sessions, discussions, and activities aimed at broadening their understanding of potential educational pathways. 

These kinds of experiential learning experiences play a pivotal role in shaping our students' perspectives and aspirations for the future. We are proud of our Year 10 students for their enthusiasm and engagement throughout this excursion, and extend our thanks to UQ for welcoming our students. 

ACU Nursing & Paramedicine Information Session

This week, the Futures Hub had the pleasure of hosting students from ACU who are currently enrolled in Nursing and/or Paramedicine degrees. They engaged in an enriching conversation with Mt A students who are exploring the possibility of pursuing these courses at university. This event provided a valuable opportunity for prospective students to gain insights and firsthand experiences directly from those already immersed in these fields.
