The Primary School Nursing Program is a free health and wellbeing service offered to all Victorian students in their first year of school. The program aims to assist with the early identification of children with potential health, wellbeing or development concerns which may impact on their education and offers screening which may include: Hearing, Vision, Speech, Dental, Motor skills, Behaviour and social skills. The Primary School Nurse also provides advice, information and referrals to other health and support services. The nurse will be visiting in week 6 this term.

Information has been sent to all Foundation families via Compass and Dojo that explains how to complete the online form so that your child is able to recieve this service. If you require assistance or have any questions please contact the school, we are able to support families to complete the form here at school.

Harmony Day Celebrations

This year Harmony day is on the 21st March. In the week after this (week 10) our school community will come together to celebrate this special occasion that promotes inclusiveness, respect, and a sense of belonging for everyone. Harmony Day is an important opportunity to recognise and celebrate the cultural diversity that makes our school such a welcoming and vibrant place.

This year we want to involve not just students taking part in a range of learning activities focused on understanding, kindness, and appreciation of different cultures and backgrounds, but also come together as a whole school community. More exciting details to come.
