About Me

Hello! My name is Nina Schoffelen and I am a Year 1/2 Teacher. This is my second year of teaching and also my second year at Meadows Primary School. When I’m not teaching, I love doing jigsaw puzzles and spending time with my friends and family.

Teaching Philosophy

As a neurodivergent educator, I am passionate about creating an inclusive classroom where every student feels safe and can grow in their learning. I place great importance on building strong relationships and really getting to know my students, so that I can best meet their individual learning and wellbeing needs.

Education

I have a Master of Teaching in Primary and Secondary Education from Monash University, specialising in Literacy. I also hold a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from Monash University.
