A Partnership with Families

Our Early Learning Centre (ELC) philosophy recognises that families are a child’s first and most important educators. For this reason, fostering a strong partnership between families and the School is essential in providing the best possible learning experience for each child.

Open, two-way communication between families and educators is key to supporting children's learning and development. By sharing relevant insights about your child’s experiences at home, you help educators gain a deeper understanding of their needs, strengths, and interests. Consistency between home and school environments creates the best opportunities for learning and growth.

Educators will take the time to connect with you at the beginning and end of each day, and there will be formal opportunities for parent-teacher discussions throughout the year. However, we encourage you to reach out to your child’s teacher at any time with questions or concerns—no question is too small. We truly value open communication and look forward to working together to support your child’s learning journey.

I am also available to speak with parents to support or guide you with any questions or concerns you may have.
