Dear Parents,

If you are eligible for CSEF funding, please complete the following form and return it to the Senior Campus office, along with a copy of your signed valid centre link card.

If you have received CSEF in the previous years and are still eligible for funding, we still require you to complete this form to receive the funds this year.
