VOLUNTEER PROCESS: 

Thank you for your patience as we improved and streamlined our processes. Below is a visual guide to help you understand the steps to becoming a volunteer. The online volunteer form will be available on our school website by the end of this week, simply look for the visual below under our ‘Parents as Partners’ tab.  

PERSONAL PHOTOGRAPHY AT SCHOOL EVENTS:  

We kindly ask families to be mindful when taking photos at school events. While we understand the importance of capturing your child’s special moments, we must continue to prioritise child safety at all times. Please ensure that photos taken at school events do not include identifiable images of other children without permission from both the child and their parent/carer. We recognise this can be difficult during group activities; however, photos containing other children should not be uploaded to social media, even if emojis or face filters are used. Where possible, please crop images to include only your own child unless permission has been given. We are continually reviewing and strengthening our child safe practices, and we greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation in supporting these expectations.
