Instrument Lesson Availability

We continue to work through the expressions of interest, with additional placements in violin, cello, guitar and piano. Currently, other instrument lesson expressions are on our waiting lists as we seek additional tutors in instruments such as flute, saxophone, clarinet, etc. We will continue to work on this, and will notify families with any opportunities. 

Lessons are currently available for guzheng, guitar and percussion instruments. 

We have an exciting opportunity for students to take on guzheng lessons with our highly experienced director, Ms Bing Ellingworth, and our two new guzheng tutors. 

In addition, there are spaces available in our Junior Chinese Music Ensemble for students taking lessons on site, or taking private lessons externally. Junior Chinese Music Ensemble meets on Wednesday afternoons, 3:05-4:15pm in the B Block Music Room. Please contact us if you are interested in meeting with our director to learn more about the ensemble - we would welcome your expression of interest. 

We also have an exciting new offer for lessons in percussion instruments, including mallet percussion such as marimba, xylophone, glockenspiel. A tutor is now available to teach students after school on certain afternoons. We will revisit the expressions of interest in percussion, to explore the opportunity.
