Emergency Services Expo!

This week, FLC and JLC finished their learning on emergencies and safe and unsafe situations with an Emergency Services Expo. The students rotated through sessions with our local police, firefighters, SES and ambulance services who spoke about their role in the community and how they help. The children got to experience holding a fire hose nozzle, wearing hand cuffs, going inside an ambulance and a police car and sifting through flood waters. The expo finish was the highlight for many children with all four services turned on their lights and sirens as they were leaving the school.
